Common questions
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. JobFigure runs on any phone, tablet, or computer. Open app.jobfigure.net and tap “Add to Home Screen” in your browser’s menu. It opens like an app and keeps working without a signal.
Does JobFigure replace QuickBooks?
No. Keep QuickBooks for your books and taxes. JobFigure is for running jobs in the field: bids, crew time, job costs, and profit on each job. You can bring existing jobs and customers in from a QuickBooks export.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter a card to start. You get the full app free for 14 days. If you don’t cancel, your first payment is charged on day 15. Cancel before then and you’re never charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the app under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I bring in my existing jobs and bids?

Is my data safe?
Yes. It’s stored in a secure cloud database, encrypted, and backed up automatically every day. Only your company can see it, and it’s never sold. Payments go through Stripe, so your card number never touches JobFigure. More on security.
