Strickland & Co. is led by Randall Strickland, and our team brings 13+ years of experience in concrete floor finishes: polished concrete, stains and dyes, coatings, and sealers.
We work as independent consultants. We don’t install floors and we don’t sell materials. We help general contractors, owners, and flooring contractors choose the right finish, write a spec that holds up, and check the work while it’s being installed, so the floor at turnover is the floor that was promised.
We also build JobMargin, an app that gives contractors a clear view of what every job actually makes: bids, crew hours, receipts, and live margin in one place.
We’re based in Georgia and work across the Southeast.
